    Go from Great British culture to Gallic charm on this trip from London to Paris, immersing yourself in the Channel Islands’ natural beauty and fascinating history along the way. Hear about Guernsey’s wartime occupation first-hand from the locals, enter a bygone world on Sark and admire Jersey’s exquisite landscapes.

    Day 1 – London – Winchester – Dorset
    After meeting the group in London we’ll travel to Winchester, where a tour of the cathedral awaits. Then, it’s onwards to the sublime Isle of Purbeck via Corfe Castle. Later, we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner together in Dorset. (D)

    Day 2 – Dorset – Guernsey
    This morning it’ll be all aboard the ferry to Guernsey. At St Peter Port, you can enjoy some free time to roam at your leisure before we meet to explore the grand Sausmarez Manor. Here, we’ll be treated to a private tour of the house and gardens. (B)

    Day 3 – Guernsey – Sark – Guernsey
    This morning we’ll move on to Sark, where the day will be yours to spend as you please. After returning to Guernsey on the ferry, we’ll settle down for an included dinner together. (B, D)

    Day 4 – Guernsey
    First on the agenda today: a stop at the enchanting Little Chapel, which was built entirely from seashells. Afterwards, we’ll visit the German Occupation Museum and enjoy some free time. (B)

    Day 5 – Guernsey – Jersey
    Our morning in Guernsey will be a relaxed one as we ready ourselves to depart for our next island adventure in Jersey. When we get there, we’ll get acquainted with St Aubin before returning to Jersey for dinner. (B, D)

    Day 6 – Jersey
    At La Hougue Bie we’ll discover one of Western Europe’s best-preserved Neolithic sites. Then, we’ll press onwards to Mont Orgueil Castle, which has stood watch over Jersey for over 600 years, before returning to our hotel for the evening. (B)

    Day 7 – Jersey – St Malo
    Walter Raleigh’s stronghold and Charles II’s refuge, Elizabeth Castle has played a huge role in Jersey’s history. Today we’ll see its wartime bunkers and the causeway that permits entrance at low tide. Later, we’ll swap Britain for France and sail to the old walled city of Saint-Malo. (B)

    Day 8 – St Malo
    Saint-Malo’s labyrinthine streets are best explored on foot – and that’s how we’ll begin today. Later, we’ll visit the impressive Château de Saint-Malo, which houses the town museum in its keep. (B)

    Day 9 – St Malo – Mont St Michel – Dinan – St Malo
    Today we’ll wind our way along the coast of Normandy to the magical Mont Saint-Michel, a rocky islet topped with a medieval monastery. Afterwards, we’ll explore Dinan by ourselves before coming back together for a taste of classic French cuisine in Saint-Malo. (B, D)

    Day 10 – St Malo – Fougères – Sainte Suzanne – Laval
    Château de Fougères captivates at first sight. We’ll learn about its ups and downs this morning before moving on to Sainte-Suzanne. Before we rest our heads in Laval, we’ll indulge in a delicious farewell group dinner. (B, D)

    Day 11 – Laval – Chartres – Paris
    We’ll end our tour with a trip to the Cathedral of Chartres – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a beautifully preserved example of Gothic architecture. Our final stop will be Paris. (B)
