Where to? – England, Scotland Wales & Ireland! With a history dating from stone-age monuments to invasions by Celts, Romans,Vikings, Saxons and the French, it’s no wonder the countries of the UK are a melting pot of unusual traditions and regional rivalry!

London streets aren’t paved with gold, but you’ll find royal pomp and ceremony, fantastic historic buildings as well as lively markets, theatres, shops, beautiful parks and 16,000 pubs! A zillion attractions are crammed into England’s tiny size and among them are the jewels of York, Canterbury, Oxford, Cambridge, the Cotswolds, Stratford on Avon and Cornwall. Explore exquisite countryside by canal boat, car, or wonderful walks from day trips to the multi day Pennine Way and Hadrian’s Wall.

Scotland’s rugged scenery is adventure paradise and dotted with glens, isles, lochs, burns, castles and cairns, there’s a tartan for every clan, haggis for the brave and whisky if you’re wise! Edinburgh’s castle dominates the skyline and is the perfect venue for the Military Tattoo, while Glasgow has reinvented itself into trendsetting style.

Wales lost its independence to England 900 years ago, but national pride prevails in its choirs, castles, chapels, Eisteddfod cultural festivals, quirky Celtic language and rugby fanaticism! With Mt Snowdon and beautiful lakes, rivers and coastline, Wales has some serious wow for outdoor adventurers!

Ireland will make you smile! Whether you’re mesmerized by the grand Cliffs of Moher, the lakes of Fermanagh, the Ring of Kerry, the Giant’s Causeway, the whimsical Blarney Castle or the vibrant city of Dublin, the spirit of fun, a Guinness and toe tapping music will never be far away!
