I have so many great memories from my time exploring Morocco that it would be hard to pick just one favourite!
From camel trekking through the Sahara desert at sunset, sleeping under the desert skies among the rolling dunes, getting lost in the maze like alleys of the Medinas, overlooking the Tanneries of Fez, shopping up a storm in Marrakesh, visiting the Roman ruins of Volubilis, marvelling at the incredible landscapes, hearing the call to prayer, visiting the great Hassan ll Mosque, exploring ancient Kasbahs and, not to mention, eating more than my body weight in delicious Tagines and cous cous – there are so many “must do’s” that Morocco should be on everyone’s bucket list.
I have been lucky enough to have visited Morocco twice now and can’t wait to hopefully to return another day to explore further.
